If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the hair combs do not work for you, the size doesn't work for you, you change your mind, or for any reason whatsoever, simply send it back to us, and we will return you 100% of your money back (excluding original shipping costs) - no questions asked. We will also provide you with a Free Postage Paid Return Label to ensure that your return process is seamless and easy. Some restrictions do apply. We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund 14 days after delivery of your product. Returned items must be delivered to us new, unaltered, and in an unused condition, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is as follows: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Refunds will not be processed on products that were subjected to water, sun, perfumes, hair sprays or products. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.
Africanbutterfly.com will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Store credit, exchanges, or refunds may take up to 10 days to fully process. You will be notified via email once your refund or store credit has been fully processed. Exchanges will be handled by Customer Support.
Africanbutterfly.com will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping originally paid.
Contact Customer Support for an RMA number within 14 days before returning your item or your store credit, exchange, or refund may not be processed. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us, may only qualify for store credit or exchange. Please note: If Africanbutterfly.com deems returns to be in any excessive number, this may cause us to reject future returned orders.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be given after 30 days from delivery date of your products.
If your item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is found not at fault.
